Shipping Information

 

Global Delivery

All of our partner vendors deliver worldwide through premium freight partners including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and select national postal services. With over a decade of experience in cross-border logistics, your order is in the best hands.

 

Shipping Times

  • Within Europe: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days

  • Outside Europe (North America, Asia, etc.): Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, local customs procedures, and global events. Temporary delays may occur during peak periods or global disruptions (e.g., COVID-19).

 

Shipping Fees

  • All vendors offer flat-rate worldwide shipping starting from 15€ / $17 per order—regardless of weight or size.

 

Shipping Process

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • If there are discrepancies in the payment (e.g., mismatch between cardholder and registered user), additional checks may delay dispatch up to 7 business days.

Packaging

Every item purchased is shipped in its original brand packaging, complete with authentic tags, labels, dust bags, or boxes—just as you’d receive in-store. Whether it’s a pair of designer shoes or a luxury handbag, your order arrives impeccably presented and ready for gifting.

Invoices & Order Documentation

  • Downloadable and printable invoices are available in your customer account area after shipment.

  • Once generated, invoices cannot be modified.

 

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • Packages are insured up to 30€ by default. Higher coverage must be agreed upon at checkout.

  • For non-delivery issues, please email info@monarch-avenue.com with the subject “Non-Delivery” and your order number. Our support team will respond within 2 working days.

  • If a package is unclaimed and returned, the buyer is responsible for a return fee of 45€ / $55, which will be invoiced or deducted from any refund.

 

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Monarch Avenue will provide all necessary customs documentation.

  • To avoid refund delays, we recommend prepaying customs charges when possible.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Return Period

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • All return requests must be submitted via email at info@monarch-avenue.com or through our contact form on the website.

 

Late Returns

Returns initiated after 14 days will be rejected. In these cases:

  • The customer covers the cost of the return label and reshipment back to origin.

  • Items not reclaimed within 30 days may be ineligible for refund.

 

Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must:

  • Be in original condition, unused and unwashed

  • Include original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (e.g., boxes, dustbags)

  • Be shipped with a valid tracking number using UPS, DHL, or FedEx

Returns sent via local postal services will be refused due to long delivery times.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Pre-owned / Preloved items

  • Final Sale or Defective Items (marked as such)

  • Returns with missing/damaged original packaging

  • Items returned due to incorrect shipping details (name, address): Subject to a fixed fee of 45€ / $55

 

Customer-Related Returns

  • If an item is returned due to customer dissatisfaction, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • For items returned with customs charges, those duties must be paid before refunds are processed.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Use our email address info@monarch-avenue.com to report any incorrect or defective items.

  • Monarch Avenue will provide a prepaid return label in these cases.

 

Refunds

 

Refund Methods

  • Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer or PayPal within 5 business days of return approval.

Canceled Orders

  • Orders canceled before shipment are refunded in full with no transaction fee deductions.

 

Declined Returns & Refund Conditions

  • If a return fails our quality check, the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

  • If no instructions are received from the buyer within 30 days, we reserve the right to deny the refund and retain the item.

 

Missing Shipments

  • If customer hasn't received their package, claims must be submitted within 21 days from the shipment date.

  • Include order number and tracking information when contacting support.
